The first season of the highly anticipated Game of Thrones spin-off, House Of The Dragon, has wrapped up filming and will be released this year. Similarly to GOT, House of the Dragon season 1 will consist of 10 episodes releasing on HBO and HBO Max. The House of the Dragon release date is August 21.
Based on George R.R Martin’s ‘Fire & Blood’, the show is set around 200 years before the events that took place in ‘Game of Thrones’ and tells the story of House Targaryen. Despite the difference in time, expect to a lot of what made Game of Thrones memorable: the Iron Throne, Targaryens, Lannisters, dragons, fire and plenty of action-packed battles.
