As the countdown continues towards this weekend’s NFL conference championship games,  bettors are getting into the action with a growing number of NFL playoff props betting options.

All eyes will be on four-time Super Bowl MVP Tom Brady as he leads New England into its eighth straight AFC Championship Game appearance on Sunday night at Arrowhead Stadium.

Brady has thrown for over 300 passing yards in 15 playoff games. However, it is his youthful adversary, Kansas City pivot Patrick Mahomes, who has emerged as the favorite to record the most passing yards this weekend, sporting +225 odds on the NFL players props.

Mahomes edges out New Orleans quarterback Drew Brees, who trails at +250, while Brady follows at +275, ahead of Los Angeles Rams passer Jared Goff at +300.

Brees emerged as the only one of the four superstar quarterbacks to top 300 passing yards in Divisional Playoff action. And while the Saints have emerged as 3.5-point favorites on the conference championship odds in what promises to be a high-scoring clash with the Rams, the total number of passing yards amassed in Sunday’s two contests is listed as a -130 favorite to be UNDER 1230.5 yards on the NFL specials.

But while none of this weekend’s four starting quarterbacks are expected to come close to Tom Brady’s 505-yard performance in a losing effort in last year’s Super Bowl, they are expected to get the job done with accuracy and efficiency.

The odds of UNDER three total interceptions being thrown this weekend are pegged at -125 on the NFL props, while the number of total touchdown passes thrown is favored to be OVER 8.5, paying out on -130 odds.

Brees would likely not have topped 300 passing yards last weekend were it not for a spectacular performance by Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas, who led the New Orleans assault with 12 catches for 171 yards and one touchdown.

Thomas, Hill Battle on WR NFL Betting Props

Thomas has emerged as the favorite on the NFL betting props to put on a repeat performance this weekend, edging out Chiefs receiver Tyreek Hill as a +200 bet to record the most receiving yards on Sunday.

The Rams will be counting on a big performance from rusher Todd Gurley when they battle the Saints as 3.5-point underdogs in NFL conference championship betting.

Gurley scampered for 115 yards and one score in last weekend’s 30-22 victory over the Dallas Cowboys, and can give the Rams a lift in their bid for their first win in New Orleans since 2007 by paying out on +275 odds to lead the way in rushing yards on Sunday.

The reigning two-time NFL rushing touchdowns leader faces stiff competition on the odds to compile the most rushing yards from the Chiefs’ Damien Williams and Patriots rookie Sony Michel, who sit deadlocked at +300, while Rams teammate CJ Anderson lags at +900 despite outperforming Gurley last weekend with 123 yards and two touchdown runs. While the mercury is expected to dip into single digits in Kansas City on Sunday, the Chiefs sit as clear +200 favorites to score the most points on Sunday, and the odds of either game getting settled in overtime are listed at a lengthy +600.
