Bet on Bowl Games at Bovada

Despite playing in the same conference Alabama and Georgia have only faced each other twice this decade. However, the odds suggest a third meeting could be on the schedule come early January, as the Crimson Tide beating the Bulldogs in the 2018 CFP Championship Game carries the best exact College Football Playoff odds of +350.

Dating back to 1995, Alabama is 4-3 straight up and 3-4 against the spread in seven all-time meetings with Georgia. On the flip side, the odds on the Bulldogs beating Alabama in the National Championship Game are at +525.

More CFP exact outcome futures include Alabama over Oklahoma and Clemson over Georgia – with both paying out at +400 odds.

The Crimson Tide were favored by 17 points heading into the 2014 Sugar Bowl before they lost to the Sooners 45-31. Alabama is 0-3 lifetime against Oklahoma. Clemson is 1-4 SU and 2-3 ATS against Georgia.

You can get +600 odds to back a Clemson win over Oklahoma and/or Oklahoma over Alabama. The Tigers’ only two previous meetings with the Sooners came in the past four seasons. Clemson blew Oklahoma out in back-to-back bowl games in 2014 and 2015.

Based on National Championship futures, neither Georgia at +650 nor Oklahoma at +700 would be favored over Clemson in the title game.

Alabama the National Title Odds Favorite

After losing to Syracuse in the middle of October, Dabo Swinney’s Tigers, 12-1 SU and 8-4-1 ATS, beat three Top 25 teams and averaged 37.6 points per game. Oklahoma, 12-1 SU and 8-5 ATS, was a pick’em on the Rose Bowl odds against Georgia for much of the past two weeks before the Bulldogs became 1.5- favorites.
