Lukaku, Kane Lead EPL Goalscorer Odds - Bovada Sportsbook

Romelu Lukaku made his debut with Manchester United a memorable one, scoring the first two goals in the Red Devils’ 4-0 win over West Ham United as -390 favorites last weekend, firmly entrenching himself as the +250 favorite to emerge as this season’s top goalscorer on the Premier League betting props.

The 24-year-old Belgian transferred this offseason from Everton, where he tallied 25 goals in 37 EPL appearances last season, and has not disappointed, scoring six times in nine appearances with his new club going into Saturday’s game against Swansea City at Liberty Stadium.

Lukaku achieved a career-high with his production in Premier League action, and also added six goals in five appearances with Belgium’s national squad during qualifying for the 2018 FIFA World Cup. However, he will face stiff competition in the EPL goalscoring race from Tottenham’s Harry Kane, who sports +400 odds of claiming the title for a third straight season.

The Spurs forward enjoyed a breakout campaign in 2014/2015, burying 21 goals in 34 appearances, and has shown steady improvement since, notching 25 markers two seasons ago, and 29 goals in 2016/2017.  But Kane failed to find the back of the net in Tottenham’s 2-0 season-opening win over Newcastle United, and has scored just once in the Spurs’ past four outings across all competitions.

Aguero, Lacazette Follow on Betting Lines

Manchester City’s Sergio Aguero sits next at +600, followed by Arsenal’s Alexandre Lacazette at +900, while City’s Gabriel Jesus joins Chelsea’s Alvaro Morata at +1000. Aguero opened the scoring in last weekend’s 2-0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion as -385 chalk, and has reached the 20-goal mark on four occasions since transferring from Atletico Madrid in 2011, but has scored just four times in eight City matches since mid-May.

Lacazette found the net in his debut with the Gunners, opening the scoring in Arsenal’s 4-3 win over Leicester City as -235 chalk last Friday, and is coming off an impressive 28-goal campaign with Lyon of Ligue 1.

At just 20 years old, expectations are high for Jesus, who scored seven times in eight appearances during his first year in Manchester, and has added five goals in six World Cup qualification appearances with Brazil’s national side. Morata joins Chelsea after netting 15 markers in 26 appearances with La Liga champion Real Madrid.

Further down the EPL goalscorer odds, Leicester City’s Jamie Vardy sits alone at +2000, followed by Liverpool’s Sadio Mane at +2500, while six shooters remain knotted at +3300, including Alexis Sanchez, Roberto Firmino, Diego Costa, Javier Hernandez, Olivier Giroud, and Mohamed Salah.
